Our Valentine's Day

Well, today has been like any other. Jason worked this morning and I went to church. Amelia and I had lunch at Whole Foods again with friends.

We opened our Valentine's cards tonight. Amelia was in and out of the living room while we did so:

She was so energetic this evening! She was laughing and giggling while we all played together:

She still loves to upside down too:

Here is how Jason picks her up sometimes:

I was not a huge fan of this the first time I saw him do this. Now it doesn't bother me as much. He doesn't do it constantly, so it should be ok.

Once Amelia crashed and went to bed, we had spaghetti for dinner:

Now, I am up pretty much alone. This is what Jason looked like just a few minutes ago:

And currently he is in bed. *sigh*

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.

Yum, that cheesy garlic bread looks soooo good!

What is it about babies and toddlers that they LOVE to be upside down?

Thanks for stopping by today! I know what you mean about being creatively stiffled in a rental... I was like that for the first couple years of my marriage, too! (and now, I'm too poor to make the updates I want anyway!)
